Post buckling analysis

Plz provide a tutorials on post buckling analysis of composites.

i have done buckling analysis using optistruct. in first buckling mode  Mode1-F=7.709485E-01 what is the meaning of this value.

i am new to post buckling analysis i don't no how to carry out this.i am attaching a file which i wanted to do.

That is the buckling factor. 

 

So the component will buckle for a load equal to Buckling factor*applied load.
