Contact lost between component during simulation



I am trying a quasi static simulation in Radioss. My final time is around 1.1 sec. The simulation run good till 0.5 secs but after 0.5sec with increase in pressure the components just penetrates and crosses over another component. Can anyone help me with this regards?
