  1. Hello, i just start to use Tcl script on hypermesh. I've a script who create a simple geometry and mesh on hypermesh. And i need to create boundary conditions. with the commande file I've : *startnotehistorystate {Created Force } *createmark nodes 1 1-19 1920-1945 4553-4559 *loadcreateonentity_curve nodes 1 1 1 -0 -0 50 0 0 50 0 0 0 0 0 *endnotehistorystate {Created Force } The problem is that the nodes are not always the ame (depend on my geometry). Can I create boundary conditions without the number of the nodes ? Like with lines ? Something like : *startnotehistorystate {Created Force } *createmark nodes 1 Line 3 *loadcreateonentity_curve nodes 1 1 1 -0 -0 50 0 0 50 0 0 0 0 0 *endnotehistorystate {Created Force } Thanks Sorry i'm really a beginner with TCL.

    Boundary smoothing

  3. New to HyperWorks, I am currently working through the Hypercrash Tutorials and this problem has occurred a few times on different exercises. I am hoping to find a reason for what is causing it and how to fix the problem. When Selecting the [Gnod_iD] Support* for a boundary condition a couple of times after making my selection the entirety of toolbars are greyed out (see below). I have confirmed the selection as you can see there is no option with Yes/No/Cancel/Expand in the right bottom corner. I still have the option to edit my selection however, after I confirm the selection everything remains greyed out and so I can not continue with the tutorial without closing the program and continuing from where I last saved. This doesn't happen always and I haven't noticed anything that I do differently between when this does and doesn't occur. Any help is appreciated, Rob
  4. Hello Forum, I am a student and am learning how to use acusolve, I would like to know how to make a simulation of an exhaust manifold. I want to know what I have to define so I can have inlet conditions that change by time, do I only need to modify boundary conditions? Thanks,
