  1. Hello, I would like to model a 20 cm coaxial cable in FEKO. I found that FEKO has an example of modeling a coaxial cable named as "example_34_aw.pre". But in the recent versions of FEKO, I couldnt find the example file in Examples guide. Do anyone has the file called as "example_34_aw.pre". The title of this example is named as "Example 34: Coaxial cable (modelled with surface triangles)". I found this sort of example in the pdf file, page number 3-140 "http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~fieldcom/pps-antenna/doc/ExampleGuide.pdf"

  5. Hello, have imported an antenna model which is 1.3 cm X 1.4 cm into FEKO. The imported model is away from the working plane or not in the working plane. So I translated the model into working plane (0,0,0) so I thought that I could reduce model extents from 5E+03 to 5E+00. But even though I translated into working plane, the model extents doesn't reduce. Any help please.
  6. Hello, I modeled a PIFA antenna in FEKO. I excited the antenna with wire port. Till here everything is clear. I would like to inherit the properties of a PEC solid cable into simulation. For this I opened a network schematic and in the network schematic, I connected the wire port to port 1 of transmission line with specific properties and port 2 of transmission line is connected to a voltage source. So my question is how can I simulate this model. I normally simulated the antenna model but am not sure what FEKO is doing with the network schematic. Any comments please.
