  1. I have a model where i have defined cross section planes in a model. It's a LS-Dyna model. I know how to view forces in those planes. But is there a way to calculate shear and normal stresses in those planes? Thanks in advance PS - A method other than dividing the forces by area
  2. Nastran Basics

I know I'm asking a vague question but can someone guide me about the basics of Nastran. Please see the attached image for details. If anyone could point me to useful resources it would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  3. Adding material properties from force-deflection curve

Okay. Thanks for replying Will try your suggestions.
  4. Adding material properties from force-deflection curve

    I using Hypermesh 12.0
  5. I have the force deflection data for the rubber - Neoprene. I want to define material properties using this data. How do I do that? I am using Radioss Bulk Data
